Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how you can request deletion of your personal data collected through the Cancunity-IG Facebook app integration.
Automatic Deletion (Preferred)
If you no longer want Cancunity-IG to have access to your Facebook data, you can remove the app’s permissions directly in your Facebook account settings:
- Go to your Facebook account.
- Navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find Cancunity-IG in the list and select Remove.
This revokes our access to your Facebook data immediately. Once revoked, we no longer receive any new data from your account.
Manual Deletion Request
You can also request deletion of any data we may have stored (such as your email address, profile information, or activity data). To do this, please contact us at:

Please include your Facebook account name and the subject line “Cancunity-IG Data Deletion Request” in your message. We will confirm and process your request within 30 days.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Once deletion is requested and confirmed, all associated data is permanently erased from our records.
